For four ratings-smashing seasons—and counting—I have written and produced Fox Network’s hit gameshow, The Floor, developing engaging games that resonate with contemporary culture while challenging both contestants and viewers. The show’s success led to a season three premiere following the Super Bowl, spurred viral memes across social media, and the honor of being parodied by Saturday Night Live. Hosted by Emmy-nominated actor Rob Lowe (Parks and Recreation, The West Wing), the show was created by television innovator John de Mol, the creative force behind global franchises including Big Brother, The Voice, and Deal or No Deal.
