We needed people to see USPS as more than just mail—they're great for shipping packages, too. So we focused on the emotional side of sending something. By showing that feelings don’t have a weight, we made flat rate shipping feel personal and heartfelt. The handwritten look added to that warmth, and our message was simple: “All the feels. One flat rate.”
